Petro's Pan Africa Mall! Order Not Complete!

Order Number 183 Tax *** STAFF: Ongeziwe Date: 30/09/2022 @ 17:05:49 I placed an order for 1 Viva Meal with 4 Garlic Rolls n added 4 slices of cheese. I was told by Ongeziwe that my order will take 20 minutes but guess what I waited for 35 minutes to get it. That's how slow they were. I finally received my order n took it home as it's a family meal. When we opened it the was one garlic roll missing. I immediately called back on their landline ***) N the same cashier took my call n I confirmed if I was speaking to Ongeziwe, she confirmed that is her. I told her my order number n told her 1 roll is missing. She quickly said that "you bought 4 Garlic Rolls! Oooh yess. Let me call you back in 5 minutes"

She didn't take any of my details! She quickly terminated my call. I am still waiting for her to call me back!
