Pedro's Yeoville

Pedro's Yeoville service is **********, we arrived and ordered at 15:15 only to get the order at 15:46, firstly we were only told after sitting that they don't have the flavour we wanted, then we took an alternative. Just for the food to get to the table already cold, we had the full chicken paella, then we were given one glass for a party of 4, and told they'd be getting us more glasses, which never came, I had to go and asked for glasses, we got the plastic cups after waiting another 5-8mins at the counter asking for them.

Would never recommend, the service is terrible, and no one actually came to apologise or even as I was at the counter waiting for the glasses, no apology was offered.
