Pedros Woodview..absolutely pathetic service

Good day, i ordered at Pedros Woodview, Phoenix on the 25/11/2022 at 2.30 through the MR D app, i called at 5 to check why my order was not delivered. i was told by Nonku that the restaurant cancelled my order. i asked if i could order over the telephone and go to collect my order. i was told that it would take over an hour and i cannot order over the phone. i physically went to the store..went to the driver through first, they didnt have half of the stuff available there. i had to physically go into the store and wait for my stuff. when i sent an email, the monday Lee the store manager called to enquire...i had given her all the details....she said she was checking with mr d and will get back to me. am still awaiting assistance. why employ staff at your stores if know nothing about consumer service, like seriously. i am going to give this store a very bad review for an absolute unprofessional service.
