Pedros Woodview *********** ****s

Last Sunday 20/04/25 my husband placed an order for delivery with pedros in Woodview at approximately 15:15pm. The order was taken and we received an order number. He was informed that it would take +-30min. He received an sms stating that the food has been picked up and is on its way. We waited and there was no delivery. At 16:45 (1.5hrs later) he called back only to be told that there is no available driver and then the drivers are refusing to deliver to our area. We were asked to either pick up or cancel our order. We were called by an area manager only to hear the same textbook response. "An apology and we will investigate." Which is nonsense because nothing ever happens. I complained about this store before for the same thing and it shows no improvement has been made. I did not know that my husband placed an order with pedros woodview until i heard him speaking to the manager. If u guys cannot keep up to what u offer STOP offering them!! An hour and a half later my sick husband had to drive to get supper because pedros woodview is an *********** store run by *********** people who do not know how to communicate!!! And still absolutely nothing has been done!!!!
