Pedros woodview phoenix worst service

Phoned and placed a order today the 13th of November 2025 .even repeated the order twice over the phone it was for the woodview branch in Phoenix. I get there and the lady gives me something I didn't order for .I told her I phoned and repeated the order twice .she said the call centre made a mistake which is not true cause I saw the lady wearing the earpiece or maybe it's part of their new uniform for decoration. Had to wait for my order no apologies or nothing was received from the manager who doesn't know what is happening
