Pedro's Woodview Phoenix- Pathetic service

I went to Pedro's Woodview on the 08/02/2026. I ordered a Viva meal with garlic rolls and 2 kiddies meals. When we opened the packets we found that it was not a full chicken, there were pieces of chicken missing. We pay extra for the basting sauce but they don't give us the extra sauce. We have complained about this on numerous occasions but nothing is being done about it. I did request previously to speak to the manager but they cut the call on me. Their service is PATHETIC and something needs to be done about it.
