Pedros Woodview Chicken service and delivery below poor.

Woodview Pedro's chicken by far the worst Franchise . Placed online order at 18h47 on 2025/07/25 Food arrived with delivery rider at 20h15. Food was cold . There were no serviettes, condiments and utensils. Also my cool drink was not in the packet. Called the store spoke to Manageress Nomfundo who was very unhelpful. Seemingly I live under 2 kms ftom the store . Even at 21h30 the cool drink still did not arrive. I suggest to others if ever ordering from Pedro's Woodview you rather go into the store personally and oder food . The delivery service offered is pathetic.
