Pedro's Woodstock Cape Town, Short Order

On the 10th of October 2023, my colleagues and I ordered food on the Pedro's app. We ordered from Pedros in Woodstock, Cape Town. When delivered the order was short by one meal. When we called to rectify, they said they will call back and get a driver to deliver. No-one came. Today we called again, we were told stories. Furthermore two of my colleagues who had ordered their wraps had food poisoning. Poor service, poor quality, no customer care.

Hi There, so Pedros called me and said they will refund the money for the meal not recieved. Until today, I am still waiting on the refund. Its been a month and they said they would refund in 5 Days. Bad service and false promises
