Pedro's woodmead is slow and low quality customer service
Good day I have been waiting almost an hour for my food, I Ordered the full chicken plus kids bites from the woodmead center and I am still waiting for the order. 1 hour and 12 minutes for an order, and it's not even busy.

13 Jan 2025, 17:37Hello, I did send as above however I received a notification saying ticket closed, so I'm guessing that's that. For someone who spends a minimum of R250 almost 3 times a week on food from you, makes perfect sense to dismiss a client. I will definitely rather pay for Barcelos in kyalami since it's closer than to continue to support a business who doesn't take customer service seriously, thank you for the most unsatisfactory service.
