Pedros won't refund me.

On the 25th of July 2023 I ordered food around 18:25 from Pedros Glenwood in Durban using their app; I was told at 19:30 that the food was still being prepared; I asked the restaurant to cancel my order and refund me my money back, I contacted the store a number of times and still no refund. They keep telling me that someone will be in touch with me but still no one has contacted me. I spent close to R300 for food I did not receive, I really need my money back.
