Pedros will kill Us
Pedros Eyethu mall in Mofolo,Soweto. For the 3rd time they put Tomatoes on my Burgers when I precisely asked them not to,worse the Lady had attitude when I told them that this is the 3rdd time.I always have to wait longer because of this negligence of theirs

14 Oct 2025, 15:07A manager by the name of Warren called me and said I should come to the store, I went there 3 times to no avail of Warren. The third time I left a note with my name but Warren never bothered to contact me, Is this still regarded as Customer Service? When I I passed there today I mentioned that I'm gonna write another review then the Security told Warren and he came to me saying that he wasn't there when everything happened, He didn't even remember that he called me and asked me to come. He had to lie his way around my responses just to cover up that he didn't follow through with his call,that infuriated me even more. CLEARLY PEDROS DISREGARDS THIER CUSTOMER'S CONCERNS. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A RESTAURANT THAT TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY THEN RUNAWAY FROM PEDROS CHICKEN.
