Pedros wet meat and rotten rice.

I had a very bad experience with pedros chicken Chris Hani Mall. They sold me rotten rice as well as chicken that was poorly done of which the basing didn't stick resulting in watery meat.

I called them a week ago and they blamed their mishap on heat of which was incorrect. I live very far from that mall. Bought from there because I was in the neighborhood and it was a birthday celebration meal (Ola meal to be exact) With this being said, I request for a refund and took pictures as requested by the on-site manager Ntwaki. She confirmed that the fault was with them and that this would be resolved on Monday. Come Monday, no call was made to me until I had to do it myself. I then called the restaurant and spoke to the on-site weekly manager Thato. She had said a full refund will be given. Today it's Saturday with no communication. When I contacted her the story changes that a full investigation will be done. And that I'll only get a 3rd of my money. This is utterly appalling. Lack of honesty and communication. These people are ********* and full of lies.
