Pedros Umhlanga

This restaurant has being going down but I hesitated to write this review until tonight. I ordered two meals. Went home and found the chips missing. I went back and told the manager Ziyanda that she should make it right and add extra chips because I drove so far. She seemed upset by that request and said that they pay for chips. I'm a regular at pedros and several times a month they are out of stock with either chicken or chips. I pay for extra basting and there's no extra basting. Pedros Umhlanga is destroying the brand. I also run a restaurant and I know when you mess up, You should make it right. You don't shout at your staff infront of customers and create a negative environment for everyone.
