Pedro's the jungle

On the 8th of March 2025 I decided to go to Pedro's 141 commissioner street with my kids and my sister.I have been meaning to taste their food as a friend refered me as she said it had the best taste ...If only I knew I should've just stayed where ever I was coming from... firstly I went to order the viva family meal the place was full ..I gave the cashier money but she never gave me a slip and she showed me a lady and said she will fix my meal they never bothered to explain where was my slip they just took advantage of me...Then when that lady was done I said to her I would like Cutlery since I managed to get myself a table she then said there isnt any cutlery I should eat from my take away I then said okay can I at least get drinking glass even if it's one so that we can pour the drink she said she doesn't have she will only give straws so that we can drink all 4 of us from the 1.5 bottle like some ***s that's when I drew the line to say how do you guys saying you dnt have cutlery but dishes where all over the tables some ppl were already done eating and it seemed as if no one was there to clean up or pack the dishes.I felt like my money never mattered to them they took it and I had to figure it out as to how I eat that Food..with the talking I was doing not even the manager showed face to atlest explain what was happening we were made to eat with our hand like we were made to dish up on our own hands as if we were in a jungle...I even told them I was go i was going to report me they were un-bothered..they just looked at me like a crazy person no effort and whatsoever was taken..They are unprofessional and honestly believe they did not care because I'm black and I should understand that it's okay to eat like a stray dog.I would never recommend Pedro's ever in my life they made my sugar levels go high....
