Pedro's Southgate disappointing experience

So we had called Pedro's Southgate and placed an order and when we asked the lady how long it would take she said 15 to 20 minutes... We went to collect the food long after that but when we got there the food was not ready, the manager was running around like a headless chicken apologizing... It seemed as though our order had been forgotten about. After a long day of work and sitting traffic such a disappointing experience was the last thing we needed. If you guys can't handle or manage orders effectively then stop taking orders because such an experience is very disappointing to say the least. Please do better
