Pedro's Rivonia HORRIBLE SERVICE

Visited Pedro’s at 12:24 on 11-05-2026 Ordered and waited 45 minutes while orders placed after mine were served first. When my food arrived, it was cold.

Service was slow, orders were served out of sequence, and basic customer service standards weren’t met.

I raised it with the staff, Eunice and Nqobile who could not apologise nor take accountability.

The person who assisted me was Tondani she took accountability, apologized, and resolved the issue professionally she has excellent problem-solving and customer care skills

Management should review order handling and staff training to prevent this.
