Pedros raisestorpe store bad customer service

Had a issue with an order that I did with pedros raisestorpe pmb, not going to go into it in detail,I laid a complaint,was contacted by one of the store managers,was told I could come to the store and the order would be replaced,went to the store today, manager I spoke to was off,manager on duty didn't know anything about it, didn't even want to talk to me,walked away to his office leaving the cashier to assist me,I was told that I need to come back when the manager I spoke to was on duty,how is there no communication between manager's running one store,this store has bad customer service,so the trip I made to the store today was a waste of my time and transport.
