PEDROS PROMENADE MALL IS ****

Worst experience ever , we ordered directly from the app and early to avoid our food coming late. 3 hours in and the food still did not arrive and we got a phone call saying that we are over the 10KM radius we are 4 KM away and our order was wrong the food was cold and the seasoning was so bad that we ordered something else instead. Pedros Promenade is the absolute worst when it comes to waiting and they absolutely need to work on the waiting times jeez. You want to rival Nandos with your adds , prices and taste but you cannot do one simple thing and that is get orders out quick and have a customer service that actually answers the phone.
