Pedros Pretoria North Chicken Off A Day After Buying

I had complained to Petros about their chicken being off the next day. I was told they want a receipt in order to escalate. I told them i dont have it but i have my bank statement which shows the transaction. Still the lady said she wanted a receipt.

Now today, I just got off a call with someone from Pedros Pretoria North regarding the complaint I put on Facebook. He asked for my receipt, I told him I don't have it but since I bought with my bank card I can give him times and date, he insists he wants the receipt. He further says I am making things up because I want free things from Pedros. That I'm lying the chicken was not off, otherwise a lot of people would've complained.

Here I was sitting n chilling on a Sunday afternoon and this imbecile calls me to call me a ****?! For chicken? Such arrogance from an employee, not even owners would talk to customers like this. Please send me Pedros Wonderpark owners numbers
