Pedros poor customer service

Today I placed an order at Pedro's inanda Square Newlands branch for lunch at 12:45pm for delivery. At 1:40pm the driver phones me and says he broke down he will be here 20 minutes later. At 2pm I phoned the store and they said the driver is on the way. At 2:15pm I phoned Pedro's customer care and they said they will phone the store. At 2:40 the driver phones and says he's outside my house. When I go outside he isn't there so I phoned him and he was at the wrong address😱🙄. I told him that they are wasting my time and he must take the food back. I'm not sure about other Pedros branches but Pedro's inanda Squares service is ridiculous. They cannot even communicate properly and give their driver the proper address. They wasted my time if they couldn't deliver within the hour said they should have been honest so I could have ordered elsewhere. It's unacceptable to deliver food two hours later 🙄
