Pedros Phoenix Plaza service is terrible!

Pedros at the Phoenix Plaza service sucks. For online orders that you go instore to collect you have to wait 20minutes. You have cashiers that are slow and have time to chitter chatter to their colleagues. Its 8:45pm and you standing in long queue waiting in line with Mr Delivery and other delivery services and all you need to pick up is one meal. Get a separate cashier Pedros, put a system in place and get your staff to pay attention. When you get to the till you are told that you have to wait for another cashier because she deals with online orders. She is busy with a service delivery man printing out cash slips and I am told that I have to wait till he is done. Pedros sort out your processes. Your rival Nandos is next door. Catch a wake up.
