Pedro's Phoenix Plaza - bad customer service

Pedro's Phoenix Plaza. This is my second complaint. Again when you place an order with this store and you wait for hours with no update from the store. Last complaint I got a call from the store advising things have improved but this is not true.When you call the store to query the current order, they say that the order is ready but they are waiting for a driver. This was an hour ago and there is no feedback. The best part is that they debited your account and WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR FOOD!!!!. With Uber eats they only debit your account when the foods is delivered.This store is useless and there is no such thing a customer service when it comes to Pedro's Phoenix Plaza. Better to order from another chicken franchise (Nandos, Barcelos, KFC etc) as they offer a better customer service.
