Hi sorry to worry you On this platform. Let me tell you about my experience at the Phoenix Plaza branch and that manager there. Firstly my order was done incorrectly and when I called in I was told that I need to drive back there to have a fault that was the stores sorted out. Then when I questioned the manager as to why I must come back there to sort that out as I finished work at 7pm and it was supposed to be our supper he couldn’t answer me as I was not prepared to drive back there. Then I asked him to make a plan and send it to my house and was told that he would do that when he gets a chance. Remember it was my supper and it was already after 8pm. My wife and I both work in retail and we often buy from Chicken Licken or McDonald’s but decided to give your product a try and true to God I don’t think I will ever want anyone to experience what I went through. Your staff there will eventually with the help of the manager there destroy your business and I ended up buying Nando’s and when I spoke about my experience there at your store the person assisting me at Nando’s told me that I was not the first customer to have done that. I had to drive back and get a refund and Sir to be quite honest I don’t think I would ever recommend anyone to purchase from that particular branch. An 8pm supper for us turned into a 9pm supper. To top it all our burgers buns were soaked and swimming in sauce. Mr Moosa Bux I’m still waiting for your call
