Pedros off line

On Sunday, being Mother's Day, I ordered food at about 4 p.m on line and requested for it to be delivered at 5 pm. To my disappointment the food didn't arrive on time so I called in and was told the store is off line and a message was sent to the store manager to contact me and they could not do anything further. So I asked I must wait indefinitely. The food was delivered an hiur late with no explanation. The so called manager did not call me to provide me with an explanation or an apology to date. So the trend today is "off line" for incompetence.
