I ordered the mega meal. upon ordering I clearly stated that the chicken must be well done, 1 to be lemon and herb and the other to be mild. when the chicken arrived it was not cooked they had to take it back, when it came back it was still not cooked. Chips was horrible rolls was not even made properly. The mild was extremely hot and my sister in law ended up at out patients that night due to stomach cramps. The on site manager Mr Phiri was very rude and abrupt, said he was doing me a favour and that I was a stupid. Refused to give me the owners name and number. He wasn't even apologetic at all.
Phiri the manager/supervisor on duty was the most rude abrupt and disrespectful person.
Charity does not give messages to the ppl in charge to call me back.

There was a ticket opened and now it's closed and no one has called up until today.

customer service is extremely poor that's why the staff behaviour is like that.
Even Mohammed the store owner hasn't attempted to call me.
I got a Hello Peter reply saying that someone is going to call me regarding a full refund but now that message has been deleted.
Such ********* behaviour, can someone call me on *** to get this matter resolved.
