Pedros Newlands Pathetic customer service

I purchase pedros on a regular basis due to my kids taking a liking to it .The issue is that every order that we place telephonically is always a mess up ,the staff are unable to successfully log orders on system correctly .I have also noticed that staff seem to be inadequately trained or maybe dont possess the relevant competency to carry out their duties.Pedros need to focus on quality service dont just worry about growth ,poor service will eventually have negative effect on brand .
