Pedros n1 city terrible customer service

The staff in Pedros chicken n1 city have the worst customer service. We called in to order a Viva meal with garlic rolls and they had told us it would take 15 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes later,the cashiers were rude and arrogant they blatantly ignored us When they decided they were ready to help us they said our order hasn't even been rung up yet. With this bad customer service we'd rather stick to Nandos from now on
