Pedro's Montclair - Poor Customer service

Placed and paid for my order on the 10.04.2022 around 4:45 pm. My food was delivered around 5:30pm which is when I noticed there were items missing from my order. I called the store and spoke to the manager and was asked to give my number so they can call me back. Waited over 20 mins and didn't receive any call. I eventually had to call back myself and was told that they will be sending my missing items... I had to call 2 more times after and was told the same thing over and over again... My missing items only arrived at 7:30pm!! I informed the manager that my order was over two hours late with no response... This store has such poor customer service.. Would not recommend whatsoever!
