Pedro's Mitchell's Plain pathetic service
Ordered my food for delivery via Pedro's app. After waiting for 2 hours had to call the store 3 times before someone answered... They then said that my order left with the driver 30mins ago and they will follow up... The driver eventually pitched up saying he was lost and didn't know the address... Refused to wait so I can check the order... Very rude. The food was ice cold and it was missing the chicken strips and rice as well as large chips... Tried calling the store again.... No answer! Needless to say your app has been deleted and I will not be purchasing again from your store.... Ola to that.

06 Dec 2023, 15:29So Pedros attempts to call me Twice within an hour and because I'm at work I cannot answer the calls - no follow up email or even an attempt to call later the day just a message to inform me that my complaint ticket has been closed!
Great investigation skills.... even better customer care..... Pedros proving that as long as they get your money, they couldn't be bothered about giving great service.....
