PEDROS MALVERN CENTRE IS A DISGRACE.
Pedros in Malvern Park Queensburgh is a disgrace to the franchise. On multiple occasions they will not provide you with the correct orders. They will not provide you with the correct flavors. They will make you wait extremely long hours. The employees have no customer service etiquette. The worst part is that the manager seems more lost than his staff. Please do the franchise justice and shape up or ship out.
