Pedros liberty

I used to like pedros chicken alot until recently. I ordered full chicken. It was like overboiled chicken and some sauce thrown on it. Since then I have not bought Pedros. I emailed manager with details of the purchase. After a few days his response was I need to give my telephone number as that's how they deal with complaints. No apologies from him whatsoever. So me emailing him and send a copy if the receipt was not satisfactory.
