Pedro's let down on Human Rights Day.

My sister and kids had to wait 1 Hour and 45 min to get their meal delivered.

I ordered online, as I always do, from Brookside Mall in PMB. It being Human Rights Day, I wanted to cheer up the family as they have been suffering from rolling power outages but this order brought nothing but frustration and anxiety.

I ask the branch to do better! Rather not accept the order if you cannot deliver within acceptable timeliness, no matter your 3rd party affiliations, it's still your brand being tarnished.

By the way as I write this review, we are almost 2 hours in, waiting for the delivery, which when I called the branch telephonically, was on its way. Pathetic really.
