Pedros Lenasia

I would rate Pedros a 0 if I could. I placed an order on the Mr D app and my order was over an hour late which was not stated on the app. I called Mr D to enquire about my order and upon their enquiry my order wasn't even prepared as yet, I have kids to feed to I canceled the order but was appalled by the service from Pedros Lenasia. They could have atleast updated me that the order would be late. I lodged a complaint on the Pedros site and received a call from the Lenasia branch but since I work I wasn't able to attend the call and rep**** via email stating so and my complaint was closed. The matter hadn't even been addressed.

This is not the first time I had an issue with this particular store, the staff are rude and the one time I placed an order the "manager" told me he doesnt have garlic rolls yet we paid for the garlic rolls and gave me plain rolls only without a return on the amount paid. Also they dont follow instructions when you ask not to cut the chicken and charge for extra sauce when you collect your order after ordering on the app although the app makes no mention of this payment.This establishment really has no respect for patrons and I will not purchase from the store ever again
