PEDROS LAKEFIELD GIVES THE BRAND A BAD NAME

I don't understand how some business owners think they are able to run a food franchise when clearly they do not know what they doing. I've been to many Pedro's chicken outlets and have never experienced such pathetic service like I did in Pedro's Lakefield in Benoni Store. I ordered through Mr D for collection. Mr D app gave me a specific time for collection. I get there and I had to wait another 50 minutes. My order wasnt even ready. There were other irrate customers who made their frustrations clear as well. Orders were mixed up and there was so much confusion amongst the limited staff they have. No owners nor management were present, knowing that Friday evenings is their peak times. One would have expected the owner would have been there to take charge or control of orders ensuring they are presented on time. This is really pathetic. Sadly, Outlets such as this will give the brand a bad name and reputation. Franchiser should conduct a full investigation urgently.
