I had such a horrible experience. Jewel City placed a large order for a babyshower catered for about 20people on the APP went through only to be cancelled a few minutes later .I called the store spoke to someone who could not relay a proper message . I requested to speak to a manger show was so rude 😒told me she cant help me and can't put hers I. When i relayed how important the order was asked her about the refund as I was expecting guests she told me straight she can't put herself in Myshoeswhile on the same breath she was servicing customers shouting number in my ear .I told her I will escalate she said i can go ahead when i her for her details she gave me name she was so rude spoke over me when trying to relay my story even offered to drive and collect as I was had no other choice She later called me pretending g to be her senior manager or customer service now harassing g me on WhatsApp bribing me with free chicken,so I don't not lay a forma complain. Mbali is rude the manner she speaks to customers you'd swear she owns it. Pedros you can do better there's are unemployed people with great skills and love for customer service . Overall pathetic service received.

The online payments payable should be offline and bot accept payments as this is a selfish inconvenience.
