Pedro's Jabulani Mall is worse than a vetkoek palace

On the 12th of September 2025 I visited your Jabulani Mall branch and I ordered a fully loaded wrap on the self-service kiosk. The order was placed at exactly 11:29 and by 12:00 my order was still not ready. I became frustrated when I noticed that people that bought after me received their orders before me, I then enquired with the cashier and she told me that orders placed on the self-service kiosk take longer. I then requested her to cancel my order and I was told to wait further for a managers authorisation as she was busy with the delivery truck. I left theft without getting any food and/or a refund. PEDROS JABULANI is a circus.
