Pedro's has lost a customer and I will make sure they lose more

I am discusted in the service and food I received from perdros zevenwacht mall!!

Firstly while placing my order I had seen their new fiesta meal or something so just before I paid I asked the cashier if she could change one of my meals for the fiesta and she said she couldn't because if she did she would have to pay for my entire order which was over R300+ I asked to speak to the manager because I found it strange that they would make someone pay for something that they have not even prepared yet.. Anyway manager came explained something about ***** going on in the store so I was just like okay give me my food I was tired had a long day.... To my surprise when I came home not only was my order not complete(7 pieces of chicken) instead of 8 the was absolutely no sauce on the chicken it looked like boiled chicken no flavor and the wings still had finger nails on it!!! It was so disgusting my husband and kids refused to eat it and up until now 5days later the chicken lays in the fridge... No. 1 do you know how expensive it is to even buy take out now in this economy? It's not like Pedro's is struggling for customers they always have ques I'm there almost every 2 weeks and I've always supported them in Durban and in capetown so for me to experience discusting service and not even be able to eat the food it is unecceptable.
