Pedros Hammarsdale atrocious
Shocking service and badly marinated chicken at the Hammarsdale Junction branch.
On the 7th December just before 18:30 I ordered a full chicken meal and asked for it to be cut into 8 pieces. It was cut into quarters (4). Maybe the cashier couldn't hear me properly because the music inside the shop was too loud. Unfriendly staff, except to those, as it appears, who are known to them. I took a few pics of the till slip as well as the chicken pieces.
As for the chicken, the sauce/marinade seems to have been added after the chicken had cooked. All round *******.

13 Dec 2023, 15:51Ndumiso from the branch has called to offer his apology and how they are going to improve going forward. It's all very well if I had not paid using my hard and honestly earned cash. Unfortunately with bad service/product, it is the customer who loses out and is not made whole.
I suppose we accept the apology and move forward. About buying from that Pedro's again... never will be too soon.
