Pedro's grassy park

So me, my son and wife popped into pedro's grassy park today to order food. We put in our order and the ridulous waiting time for food, fast forward wife's fully loaded wrap came , her tin of coke she ordered 15 minutes later after her food arrived. my son of 9 still waiting for his food 40 minutes later, wife's food is eaten up already, Me and my son is still waiting for our order to arrive. Waiter comes to me to saying that they cannot make my cappicino because they do not have any cups or any take away cups to make it in and I can only order something cold to drink this is after I already paid for it.

Waitor comes back again saying they are waiting on fillets so that they can make my burgers and this is almost 40 minutes later, so how long do I still have to wait to eat. I'm still sitting her currently waiting on my food, manager of this establishment is non existent.
