Placed a grill and chill box online on the 23 July, order didn’t go through but the money was deducted from my account, i emailed and phoned customer service and everytime it’s a different story, went to the store and the manager said they will get back to me and nothing yet, i emailed customer care again and said they esculated the matter to payfast and still nothing yet, it’s almost a month and nothing has been done yet and everytime i must mail or phone them where they will never keep me updated with what is going on with my refund. I’ve had it and im just fed up.
