Today i had the worst experience at Pedros Giyani-Masingita Mall, i ordered at 14H30 and i got served my order at 15H30 and the people who ordered behind me for the same order as mine had already finished eating when i got my order,The chicken was cold.....the coldrink was hot, i was not even given a knife and fork,me and my kids had to eat with our hands and i had to go and ask for glasses myself, they just gave us the coldrink with no glasses.
