Pedro's follow up on my complaint is pathetic

What a pathetic response from a place I support on a weekly basis their response for Makin me wait over 2 hours was sorry they always get complaints on a Friday n I advised the lady this was the 2nd time this happened n few months again they sent me spoiled spicy rice I never got any feedback or reimbur*****t on that she couldn't any anything but oh sorry about that so the goal is to just make money no proper customer service what so every and why make someone call me that has no idea how to even handle a query
