Pedro’s flamed grilled chicken I need my refund R405.60

I purchased an online burgers and full chicken wich I dd not received the Uber driver delivered to the wrong address. When I go to the store it took the 4 hour to talk to the manager and the store owner because I wanted my refund. Mamelodi Pedro’s they don’t treat customers 1st because I lodged a complaint I ddnt get any help at all and I dd pay for my food that I ddnt get and they refused to refund me. I need help
