Pedros Emmarentia Johannesburg ***

On the 2nd of December I decided to visit my local Pedro's Chicken restaurant, firstly I was first in queue but was only assisted after making 3 cashiers aware that I had been waiting for someone to assist as none of them seemed like they wanted to serve me. okay not a problem I move on get my slip and let the manager know ,her name is Promise by the way who now gives me attitude for complaining about not being served when I arrived, okay I leave get my food and when I'm going home she threatens my life saying "she will show me who she is" ,I then return to Pedro's and complain about this occurrence and it wasn't taken serious by the Manager named Gift who had promised to pass on my details to the store owner as I don't think in their code of conduct an employee is allowed to threaten a customer. Up until so far I have not received a sorry and I would like to know why.
