Pedro's East Rand Mall the worst with customer service

I'm saddened that I still have to write thing again. Pedro does not take my complaints seriously. They get orders wrong, when I try to get it right, it's made to seem like I'm a monster. Why can't anyone sort this out. The same lady again gives me attitude. She puts my order number for collection seeing that I've been waiting for long then when I go collect she gets angry. What is it that I need to do to get this resolved? The lady supervisor there is the worst. She gossips about clients with the very same staff she should be reprimanding. Yesterday they even went to the back, it's the kitchen I think to go and laugh as I was asking for them to give me the right order. No one does anything there. The service is the worst I've ever seen. They always make sure I feel worthless for buying there... Yoh I really don't know... Pedro's Eastrand Mall, Boksburg.
