Pedro's disappointing wraps

I ordered Pedro's for the 1st time, from eshowe . Decided to have a cheesy jalapeño wrap. My wrap had no jalapeños and it was not hot at all. There was no hot sauce and only had mild sprinkle. It was bland and horrible. My friends order was delayed as she ordered for herself and her class kids. She ordered for 9am and only received it at 11.
