Pedros delivery is a nightmare

I'm never using the Pedros app for delivery again. I order on the app and paid, waited an hour and no delivery, no communication. I contacted the store (Bonaero Park) and spoke to Sydney, they took down my details and promised to call me back twice which took another hour and no one called back. 2 hours later, I went to the store only to find no one bothered checking my order. Extremely disappointed.
