PEDROS CHICKEN,BP JEAN AVENUE DT
HIGHLY DISSATISFIED ABOUT THE PEDROS THAT IS AT JEAN AVENUE.
I ordered on Uber eats for collection 16/09/2025 at 13hrs, for my team and to my surprise the order was missing some side dishes ordered and it is a long drive from where we are to their outlet. We called and we were told that they do not do any deliveries and we should log a call with Uber eats that time it is our lunch. You can imagine how we felt. They are very unprofessional, if you ask me. now for me to be refunded I must waste another time logging tickets with Uber eats or drive and collect the missing items that were originally ordered from their menu! this behaviour it is called being NEGLIGENT!
