Pedros Chicken poor service

Extremely poor! (Secunda Branch) I Almost never get what I ordered and online order not even processed. Placed online order and went to collect about 30 minutes later only to be told order wasn't processed. After getting my order chips was missing (NO SURPRISE). When I got back home and opened the packaging chicken was basted and not sprinkled like I ordered although the sticker placed on packaging says "HOT SPRINKLE" It is really frustrating and disappointing as nine out of ten times something is wrong with anything you order from them. I understand that mistakes happen but if it is more often than not something must be wrong.
