Pedro's chicken poor service

Last night my family and I were super excited about getting supper from Pedro's chicken at the Phoenix Plaza. We placed the order by 7pm and was told it would take 45 minutes. My husband gets there at 7:55pm only to be told that the order was not ready and he needed to wait another 15 minutes as they had 'run out of chicken'. The Cashier who assisted my husband was nowhere to be seen. When my husband complained to the Manager, he appeared unphased and told my husband that he could take up his complaint with the consumer council or with whoever he wanted to. He was rude to my husband who ended up being rude in return. As if that wasn't a bad enough experience, when we arrived home, the chicken was undercooked. Well, we won't be visiting there again.
